OUTbio San Diego

I’m the Founder, Board Chair, and President of OUTbio San Diego, a nonprofit supporting LGBTQ+ professionals in the life sciences. I lead a 9-person board and oversee a growing network of 800+ members, building partnerships across the local biotech ecosystem. Through quarterly community events, professional development workshops, and volunteer initiatives, we foster mentorship, career growth, and an inclusive professional community.

i2o Therapeutics

At i2o Therapeutics, a Harvard spinout biotech startup, I serve as Senior Director of Technology & Business Development and Co-Founder. I lead strategic partnerships, fundraising efforts, and product development across oral biologics for metabolic diseases. I’ve helped secure significant investment, drive IP strategy, and advance multiple programs from early discovery to pre-IND, including novel peptide formulations leveraging a proprietary drug delivery platform.

Harvard Office of Technology Development

At Harvard’s Office of Technology Development, I served as a Senior Business Development Fellow, where I evaluated early-stage technologies, developed commercialization strategies, and supported industry partnerships. I also helped streamline program operations and co-led a bootcamp to equip scientists with business skills for translating research into real-world impact.
